How it works

What a campaign is, what each side does, what every number on the invoice means, and what we are bound to at each step. Everything here is the contract, not a pitch.

Getting started

What Lemonreach is

A brand states a brief and funds it. Around forty small creators, in whichever markets the brief accepts, make one video each in their own voice. The brand pays a fixed fee for each approved video and a fixed rate for each thousand views that can be proven — nothing else, and nothing on numbers we cannot vouch for.

Two rates make up every invoice. A content fee buys the video and the right to keep it. A distribution fee buys the reach it earns. You choose the split between them when you brief; the total does not move when you do.

  • Minimum campaign: $500
  • Typical roster: around 40 creators, one video each
  • Live rate card: BD-2026Q3-v1
  • Payouts clear manually today — we compute the obligation, ops confirms the transfer

The clock, end to end

Every deadline below is visible in the app before it fires. Two of them act on your behalf if you say nothing, and both are named on the screen where the silence would happen.

For brands

Setting up a campaign

  1. 1. Write the brief

What you want made, what must appear in it, and — this is the part most briefs skip — what you would reject a video for. Those grounds are fixed when the brief is approved, and they are the only grounds a rejection may cite later. A creator therefore knows before filming exactly what would cost them the fee.

  2. 2. Choose the split

Content-heavy 65:35, balanced 40:60, or reach-heavy 30:70. Content-heavy buys more videos; reach-heavy buys more views on fewer. The total is whatever you fund — the split only decides how it is spent.

  3. 3. Wait for approval

An operator reads every brief before it can be funded. This is a real gate, not a formality: a brief with unenforceable grounds or an impossible deliverable is sent back rather than funded. You are told which, and why.

  4. 4. Fund escrow

The budget goes into escrow. It is not our money and it is never used as our operating capital. Your FX rate locks here, and the campaign is priced at the rate card live at this moment — it is never repriced mid-flight, in either direction.

  5. 5. Clear the roster

You see every matched creator: handle, tier, platform, and their modelled reach. You remove anyone you do not want. You have 24 hours; if you say nothing, the roster clears and posting starts.

  6. 6. Review the posts

Each post arrives with the live link and the automatic live-check already run. You approve, or you reject citing one of your own fixed grounds. 48 hours per post; silence approves.

  7. 7. Read the settlement

At T+14 views are frozen and screened, and the campaign settles. You get one invoice with two lines and a report listing every view behind them. Anything nobody delivered against is returned to you.

How a roster is sized

We invite around three times the target so the roster fills; it closes once 85% of the target has accepted. Each creator who joins reserves a slice of your escrow against the views they are expected to deliver, so the campaign can never owe more than it holds.

Under-delivery and refunds

You are billed for the views that were proven. Everything left in escrow is returned to the account it came from. Under-delivery is a refund — not a credit note, not a rollover, and not a discount on the next campaign.

  • A post that is never made costs you nothing
  • A post rejected on your own stated grounds costs you nothing
  • Views that fail the fraud screen are never billed
  • A frozen campaign moves no money at all until a person unfreezes it

For creators

Making a post, step by step

  1. 1. Sign up with your phone

A number and a one-time code. No password, no form to fill in twice. It takes about a minute on a phone.

  2. 2. Get verified

An operator checks that the account is really yours and records your median views from your own recent posts. That median sets your tier, and your tier sets your rates. Until this is done you can see campaigns but not join one.

  3. 3. Join a campaign

The feed shows what you can join, what it pays, and what the brand will reject a video for — before you agree to anything. Joining is one tap and it reserves your fee.

  4. 4. Make it your way

There is no script to read out. You get the brief, the deliverable and the deadline. Your audience follows you, not us, so the video should sound like you.

  5. 5. Post it and submit the link

Post publicly, inside the campaign window, with the tag and disclosure. Paste the link into the app. An automatic check confirms it is live and correctly tagged.

  6. 6. Get paid

The brand has 48 hours to approve or reject on their stated grounds. Silence approves it. Your content fee is paid within 72 hours of that. Your distribution fee follows at T+14, once views are frozen and screened.

How and when you are paid

LineWhat it pays forWhen
Content feeThe approved video. Fixed by your tier, guaranteed on approvalWithin 72 hours of approval
Distribution feeVerified views ÷ 1,000 × your tier rate, floor $0.25 per 1,000After settlement at T+14

Both lines are on the published card. Neither is negotiated, and neither is different for two creators in the same tier. Payouts are made by bank transfer and each one carries a reference you can see in the app.

  • The content fee is guaranteed once the post is approved — it does not depend on how the video performs
  • The distribution fee is capped per creator, so one viral post cannot exhaust a campaign’s escrow
  • Views that do not survive the fraud screen are not paid on
  • Confirmed fraud forfeits the distribution fee. A second offence is a ban

Tiers

Your tier comes from your recorded median views, and it sets both of your rates. It is the same for everyone in it — there is no separate deal, and no rate that depends on who asked.

TierMultiplierContent fee per videoPer 1,000 views
ELITE1.6×$28.00$0.64
PREFERRED1.3×$21.00$0.52
STANDARD1.0×$16.00$0.40
ENTRY0.8×$12.00$0.32

The numbers

The rate card

One published card, versioned, applying to everyone. The version live when a campaign is funded is the version that campaign settles on, whatever happens to the card afterwards.

  • Live version: BD-2026Q3-v1
  • Floor rate: $0.25 per 1,000 verified views
  • Combined multiplier bound: 0.7× to 1.8×
  • Priced at funding. Never repriced mid-flight, in either direction

Seasonal and market multipliers move rates within that bound and are recorded on the campaign at funding, alongside the FX rate and the card version. Every payout record names all four, so a settlement can be recomputed from the record years later.

What we measure

These are the numbers on the report, and they are the only ones we bill from. Every one of them is derived from readings that carry who took them, when, and from where.

How views are verified

A view is billable only if all seven of these are true. Not most of them — all seven. Screenshots are never evidence.

  • Counted by the official platform API
  • On a public, live post
  • Inside the campaign window
  • Carrying the tag and the disclosure
  • From an account linked by the creator through OAuth
  • Surviving the five-signal fraud screen
  • Within the per-creator cap

The fraud screen runs five signals before settlement: velocity spike, engagement-ratio outlier, geographic mismatch, follower-spike history, and duplicate content. A flagged reading halts the campaign for a person to look at. It is never billed and quietly logged.

Policies

Fairness charter

  • Same tier, same rate. There is no negotiated rate for anyone, on either side.
  • A rejection may only cite a ground fixed before filming began.
  • Escrow is never operating capital, and never funds anything but the campaign it was paid into.
  • A creator’s contact details are never shown to a brand.
  • Corrections are new records. Nothing already written is edited or deleted.
  • Where we are uncertain, we halt and raise a person. We prefer a wrongly-paused campaign to a wrongly-paid one.

Terms and limits

  • Priced in USD on rate card BD-2026Q3-v1. A market opens when it has a rate and verified supply — not before.
  • Minimum campaign $500. Escrow must clear before a campaign opens.
  • Content produced under a campaign is licensed to the brand permanently, and remains the creator’s to post.
  • Payouts are made by bank transfer and confirmed against a bank reference before they are marked paid.
  • Delivery guarantees are not offered yet, and nothing on this site implies one.

The full written terms travel with the brief you approve, and the card version that binds a campaign is named on its settlement. If anything here disagrees with the document you signed, that document wins — tell us and we will fix the page.
